A Whole Team
Is needed to provide the future of primary care for patients. Meet the different roles we have in our team.
FRACGP - GPs
We are the drivers of patients care, population health and one of the most impactful relationships in a person’s life not just health journey. GPs at our practice have localised clinical governance.
Practice Nurses
Nurses have actual superpowers with balancing a range of complex care tasks for GPs and patients all in a day’s work. The practice has a range of Practice Nurses with diverse interests and experience. We have mostly RNs, some EENs and have two nurses working towards their Nurse Practitioner registration.
Health Associates and Allied Health
Our practice intentionally includes Allied Health that normally are not common in a GP practice. We call them Health Associates. These include:
Consultant Pharmacist - Dietitian
Podiatrist - Physiotherapist
Midwife
Seeking (Diabetes Educator)
The Practice is also partnered with Manly Integrative Health. Which provides a range of allied health, and therapy providers collaborate with our team in the care of patients.
Specialist Consultant Doctors
The future of primary care also means Specialists involved in more community consulting. We are seeking a range of consultants in:
Cardiology
Pain Medicine
Pediatrics
Psychiatry
Engagement is via a monthly, fortnightly clinic this can be face-to-face or telehealth involving the Patients GP or Nurse.
Business Operations
We love projects and have developed two products to help with patient care and business processes. We are always interested in working on the business side of the practice and need good people committed to true shared value allowing for high quality healthcare delivery.
Medical Admin and Reception
The friendly face to our practice. First point of engaging with a patient in the practice our receptionist and admin team are regarded highly for the important work they do. They are critical to ensuring the system of healthcare we deliver works.
