WHEN: Between 10am-2pm every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
WHO: Patients with young families (children under 12) and a minimum of two people per visit.
HOW: please call the practice to book your appointment with our home visit team.
COST: Only one charge even if multiple family members seen. Either a $50 or $70 out of pocket expense with a rebate of $65 and no additional costs no matter how many family members are seen.
